Platform means the Autobotic web and mobile fleet management software. Customer means the business entity that subscribes to the service. Subscription means the paid access term for the Platform. Devices means GPS trackers and related hardware used with the Platform. Telematics Data means location, sensor, camera, and related vehicle and driver data collected through the Platform.
Autobotic provides fleet tracking software as a subscription service. Hardware may be supplied separately under a related commercial agreement. The service is accessed through the Autobotic web platform and mobile applications.
The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of its account credentials and for the conduct of all authorized users acting under its account.
Fees are as set out in the applicable commercial proposal or agreement and are billed on the agreed billing cycle. Late payment may result in suspension of the service. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
The Customer agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and warrants that it has the right to track the vehicles connected to the Platform and has informed its drivers and employees as required by applicable law. The Customer must not reverse engineer, resell, or seek unauthorized access to the Platform.
GPS devices and SIM connectivity are subject to the relevant manufacturer and carrier conditions. Tracking accuracy depends on GNSS and GSM network availability, which is outside Autobotic's control.
Telematics Data belongs to the Customer. Autobotic is granted a license to process this data to deliver the service, and in aggregated and anonymized form to improve the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for further detail on data handling.
Autobotic uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Platform, subject to planned maintenance windows, and provides support through its published support channels. Specific service levels, where agreed, are set out in the applicable service agreement.
The Platform, its software, and all associated branding remain the property of Golden Synapse Technologies LLC. No rights are transferred to the Customer beyond the subscription license granted under these terms.
Autobotic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months. The Platform is an operational management tool and is not a safety or security guarantee.
These terms apply for the subscription term set out in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, the Customer will have a defined window to export its data, after which data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
