Autobotic ("Autobotic", "we", "us") is an intelligent fleet management platform operated by Golden Synapse Technologies LLC, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data in connection with the Autobotic platform.
This policy applies to our marketing website, the Autobotic web platform, and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
For vehicle and driver telematics data, the customer (the fleet operator) is the data controller. Autobotic processes this data on the customer's instructions, under the applicable service agreement, acting as a data processor. Customers are responsible for informing their drivers and employees about data collection and obtaining any consents required under applicable law.
We use data to deliver the service, generate alerts and reports, provide support, process billing, maintain security, and improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer or telematics data for advertising purposes.
We share data with trusted infrastructure and service providers — including cloud hosting, SMS and email delivery, and mapping services — bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not share data with any other third parties.
All platform and telematics data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates (AWS Middle East — UAE Region, me-central-1), keeping customer data resident in-country. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous logging and monitoring.
Data is retained for the duration of the applicable service agreement, plus a defined period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Telematics history retention is configurable per contract.
Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@autobotic.io.
